TBRC offers several room rentals for your event. The facility is fully air conditioned and is a smoke free. Round tables are available for guest seating and rectangular tables are available for buffet lines, gifts, etc. Person(s) renting the facility assume full responsibility for any damages to the facility. Upper Conference Room hourly rental rate is $35 if you do your own set up.

Room Set-up
TBRC will place tables and chairs in the configuration of your choice. We will ask you for your preferred set-up 1 week in advance of your event. Friday set-up (for a Saturday event) takes place after 12 PM, provided your selected area has no prior reservation on the day before your event.  Saturday set up begins at 10 AM.

If you choose to do so, you may have another caterer prepare your meal(s). However, a surcharge of $100 will be added to the total rental fee. The caterer must be knowledgeable of all safe food handling practices and be willing to furnish proof of their certificate to TBRC. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware and linens are not supplied, but you may contact Fremont Catering or any other supplier for these items.

Serving of Alcohol
A portable bar is available, but you must provide trained bartenders. No B.Y.O.B. Alcohol must be provided by a licensed supplier, who can furnish bartenders as well.

After Your Event
Facility will remain open until 1:30 A.M. on the night of your event. We expect breakdown to begin no later than 12:30 A.M. All personal items must be removed, no exceptions.
